Note: Reminder that OS, EDA or MBDA have the option to login using either SSO or manual username/pw. 


We are able to assist this bureau with resetting their password since they either don't utilize SSO or have the option to use either SSO or manual login If you've sent them a password reset email and they don't receive the email from the CLC, confirm that their email address is correct in the CLC and that the user has checked their junk/spam folder. If the email address is correct and there's not a reset email in their junk/spam folder please try to resend the password reset email twice more,  having the user check their junk/spam folder each time. If after 3 attempts to send the password reset email from the CLC and the user still does not receive it, we can do a password reset from FreshDesk providing them a temporary password via email. 


If the password reset email from FreshDesk does not go through to the user, then please escalate.
