Due to some of the recent Executive Orders and ongoing federal litigation, the DOC administrators have informed us that MBDA has been dissolved, but staff were (temporarily?) reinstated. As a result, MBDA users do not have CLC access and are working with/through OS OLD. Though this may change in the future, once again, please note that MBDA does not have CLC access at this time.
The administrators have asked that, should MBDA users contact us, please gather as much information as we can, use the following verbiage, and create a ticket.

Thank you for your inquiry, and apologies for the inconvenience.
At this time, MBDA users do not currently have access to the Commerce Learning Center. This means that when you attempt to log into the CLC, you will encounter an SSO error message.
However, please allow me a few moments to create a ticket and escalate this matter to the DOC MBDA Administrators for further assistance.
